Final 15 Indian Players list: India Schedule for ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2023

ICC Cricket World Cup is the biggest cricket tournament in Indian history, which comes once every 4 years. After almost 12 years, India has a chance to snatch the desired World Cup title and become world champion for the third time. The Cricket World Cup is starting from 5th October 2023 and this time India is hosting the World Cup 2023, so the eyes of the whole world will be on India. Indian team selection will be a topic of discussion that’s why India Cricket Board (BCCI) will have to face many challenges in team selection.

The Indian team will play its first match against Australia on 8th October, then Afghanistan and on 14th October against Pakistan.

Total 10 teams are participating in the tournament. World Cup 2023 will run from 5th October 2024 to 19th November 2024, In which total 48 matches will be played.

India’s Squad for World Cup 2023

Captain Rohit Sharma will lead the betting side along with Virat Kohli. Team’s other batsmen will be KL Rahul, Suryakumar Yadav, Shubman Gill and Suresh Iyer. Rohit and Subman Gill will start the innings.

In The Team Hardik Pandya, Aksar Patel, Ravindra Jadeja and Shardul Thakur will be in the role of all-rounders, KL Rahul and Ishan Kishan will be the wicket keeper for India.

Jasprit Bumrah will lead the bowling department with the likes of Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj, and Kuldeep Yadav supporting him.
